Wellness is a an entire sprectrum that has a lot of factors including spiritual growth, nutrition, mental health, and physical health.

Unpacking all these things require time and effort. while t is all worth dong,we are going to focus on what most people shy away from: that is ” I am too busy to orkout, and up with meals is too much, and I don’t really have time tomyself.”

I want to work with individuals who are struggling with their weightgain, do not have time to workout, or simply just cannot keep teh weight off.
